By tailoring programs that focus on physical strength and mental resilience, Jen helps women not only strengthen their bodies but also their confidence and overall well-being. Through her guidance, women embark on a journey towards a strong and empowered life, embracing their inner and outer strength. With Jen's approach, women are encouraged to embrace the transformative power of exercise and strength training. No matter what stage or level of fitness, Jen helps navigate women’s journeys with grace and resilience by prioritizing their health and fitness. Our Services
The below packages for for 1-1 Strength Training through pregnancy & beyond or menopause & beyond. All sessions held at Champlain Valley Community Fitness in Williston, VT

Package 1

2 sessions/wk in person 55 minutes

15 minute remote core/stretching circuit

20-30 minute remote conditioning circuit

Package 2

1 sessions/wk in person 55 minutes

1 session/wk zoom 45 minutes

15 minute remote core/stretching circuit

20-30 minute remote conditioning circuit

Package 3

1 sessions/wk in person 55 minutes

1 remote strength workout/week 45 minutes

15 minute remote core/stretching circuit

20-30 minute remote conditioning circuit

Small Group Trainings
Offered 3x a week: Monday/Thursday at 10:30am
Tuesdays at 9:30am
Small Group is limited to 8 participants & runs in 6 week series:
Next One is June 10- July 22, 2024
This is perfect for someone looking to get back into fitness or someone who wants a move intimate setting than a group class.
