Jen has +12 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation + strength training facilities (including pilates, TRX studio + post-rehab strength classes)
. Jen has managed a wellness center in Jackson, WY, worked alongside orthopedic surgeons providing patient education, worked in numerous physical therapy clinics + managed a satellite location, but ultimately Jen's heart lies in women's health.

In Person Coaching

1-1 for personalized coaching for prenatal, postpartum, peri/post menopause OR for those looking to learn about strength training to have more confidence with daily tasks and activities. 

Price includes 1-1 sessions & at home workouts to reach your goals with feedback/support.

Remote Training

Remote programming/training consists of 3-6 workouts a week through my training app that you complete on your own time.

Video submission required, weekly check-in's, monthly goal assessments, must have access to equipment + experience with strength training.

A La Carte Personalized Programming

ONLINE POST-PARTUM
Strength Training Offering!

If you are 6 weeks to one year post-partum then this is for you! 
Whether you are the first time mom or the 3rd time mom, let's be honest, each post-partum experience can be different and present new challenges. Fitness and finding your way back to your body should not be one of them. 
This fundamental program will help to set you up for success long after that initial 18 month post-partum period.
The 4th trimester or whenever you decide to start this program is all about reconnecting with your new body. From there you will progressively incorporate the progressive overload principle to safely and effectively help you return to this next phase of life.

Consulting

Pregnant Athlete:  

Guidance through each trimester as it pertains to movement (perhaps you have a gym you work out of, but are unsure how/when to transition movements or appropriate alternatives, how to train the TRUNK through pregnancy + what to focus on for strength!) Mindset for the pregnant athlete through each trimester all delivered to you after each session.

Post-partum Athlete: Appropriate strategy/mindset for returning to athletic endeavors. With option of remote programming.

​

Peri/post menopause Athlete: Recommendations for most appropriate type of workouts through this phase based on current research.
